The "International Conference on the Korea-China-Japan Collateral Law" is an international academic society that was launched five years ago. It is held annually in November by experts from three countries in Korea, China, and Japan to intensively present and discuss the current status and issues of the collateral laws in each country. This year, for the first time this year, Sungkyunkwan University School of Law, East Asian Law and Political Research Institute (KCK) will hold the conference.
