Prof.Omura, from Tokyo University, holds The Comparative Civil Service Special Lecture

Sunkyunkwan Law School(President: Prof.Min Manki) and East-Asia Law&Politic Institute(SKKU-IEALP) have invited Professor Omura (大村敦志, Atsushi OMURA) under the auspices of the Industrial University Cooperation Agency(Academic Promotion Team) and the CAMPUS Asia Enterprise Organization(Law-Social Science).
Professor Omura will conduct a special lecture on the comparative civil law between Korea and Japan under the title of “Learning the Civil Rights in East Asia in the 21st Century.”
This intensive lecture was prepared as part of the ‘Japanese Law’ course(Prof. Kwon Cheol) at our Law School, and it also welcome the participation of interested people, including postgraduate school students, students from the Global Leader Department, and students from the CAMPUS Asia Enterprise Organization.
Professor. Kwon will be responsible for the lecture, but the translations will be provided for beginners in Japanese.
The translations will be shared by the Law School students, senior researchers, and Supreme Court judicial researchers, and those who are relatively fluent in Japanese.

- The 1st Lecture: March 26th at 13p.m. (Monday): The Civil Society – Remoted code civil?
- The 2nd Lecture: March 27th at 19p.m. (Tuesday): Personality- Aging and diversification as a social problem.
- The 3rd Lecture: March 28th at 19p.m. (Wednesday): Property- The regression in residental benefits and the promotion of bond transfers.
- The 4th Lecture: March 29th at 19p.m. (Thursday): Contract- Consumer Contract Act 10 and the legal precedents.
- The 5th Lecture: March 30th at 19p.m. (Friday): Family- Between the Constitutional Law & the Social Security Act & the Law of Property
- The 6th Lecture: March 28th at 10a.m. (Saturday): Community- The freedom of community establishment and the equality of the group members
